90 Day Product Creation Challenge – Week Three – Time To Ask for Feedback

90 Day Product Creation Challenge - Week ThreeWe are moving swiftly  into Week Three of the 90 Day Product Creation Challenge.

There is a lot of work involved in putting a product together but if you set out a plan of action that you are comfortable with, this should help to ease the pressure.

I am trying to live by this rule and have been working on the following three things:

  • My product creation schedule – next on the To Do list
  • My ASK Survey
  • My 90 Day Product Creation Challenge Summary of Events Page

My Product Creation Schedule – Next on The To Do List
Writing ArticlesAccording to the 90 day schedule that I prepared for myself, this week’s tasks is to write five articles. The aim is to use these articles for promotional purposes. I will either upload them to Ezine Articles, the most popular article directory site, with a link to my sales page or I will see if I can use them as guest posts.

If I do the latter, I will most likely have to write a specific blog post instead of sending people directly to a sales page. Come to think of it, I might have to do this for Ezines Articles as I am not sure what their rules are with regards to linking out from the author summary at the end of your article.

I will look into that at a later stage, when I am ready to start promoting.  At the moment, I have written three articles so I am on track to complete the rest by Friday.

Get Feedback By Asking for Feedback – My ASK Survey
ASK SurveyThis wasn’t on my schedule as it was a great idea that I discovered from Bonnie via her excellent Day 7 blog post and the follow up in her  Day 8 blog post.

Bonnie mentioned that a great way to get feedback from people is to simply ask them a question. In return offer them an incentive, similar to when you are looking to get people to subscribe to your list. The incentive should be a copy of your course. The idea is that you get the feedback you need so that you can make a better product.

If those people who signed up like your product, you have a built in army of supporters who will hopefully help spread the word about your  fabulous product.

Bonnie very kindly took a look at my first attempts of my survey. It wasn’t good. Far too many questions and it included a convoluted way for people to sign up to the Free Product Offering.

After a few rewrites and edits, I have finally got something that I hope will work. I also discovered that I could use Aweber so that people are automatically signed up after they respond to the question in the survey. There is so much that Aweber can do, I am sure that the majority of us don’t even bother to find out. Thanks again Bonnie :)

The One Question Survey

All you have to do is fill in your details, answer the one question and you will receive a FREE COPY of my course before it goes on sale.

PLEASE NOTE – If you are already a susbscriber to this blog, you will have to enter your details again, as this is a completely different list. Thank you.

90 Day Product Creation Challenge – Summary of Events
I decided to create a page to host all the links for my 90 Day Product Creation blog posts. It makes it easier to find all the information in once place.

In Closing
So that’s what I have been up to with regards to the challenge. There is still a lot more to do but I am getting there slowly but surely. I hope to be able to post next week about feedback from my ASK Survey. Fingers crossed that I will get some interest :)
