Feeling Relaxed & in Control
The idea of getting things done by thinking of each job as a mini challenge that can be broken down into bite size chunks has really enabled me to feel relaxed and in control of the things I want to do.
I think that this is definitely the way forward if I truly want to succeed with my goals. Maybe this is something that everyone who has a problem with procrastination should consider.
Here are my accomplishments for today.

Completed Section Three & Four of My Free eBook
This spurred me on to continue with the next section. I didn’t feel at all overwhelmed, which is one of the reasons why it can be hard to get stuff done.
It didn’t feel like a burden so I worked away very happily.
Reviewed The Recipes in My New Cookbook
So I recently bought Jamie’s 15 Minute Meals and cooking my way through this book will be one of my mini challenges. I have now had a chance to take a closer look at the contents.
I love the style of the writing because you can really hear Jamie Oliver’s voice in every sentence. If you have seen his any of his television programmes, then you will know how enthusiastic he is about food, taste, textures and combinations. He doesn’t use big long words to get his message across and it feels like he could be a mate of yours who had done good.
There are some fantastic pictures in the book, including images of every finished meal, which is great and there are pictures of the complete crew who worked on making the book and the accompanying TV show.
One thing Jamie – I couldn’t seem to see any people of colour in any of your shots. Surely you know some non white people, living and working in London and all? Just an observation.
Anyway I have chosen my first meal but I have to make sure that I have all the kitchen kit that is required. I need to gather that all together before I begin.
That’s all for now.
