Who Moved My Cheese by Dr Spencer Johnson

I read this little book called Who Moved My Cheese by Dr Spencer Johnson and I quite enjoyed it. It is written like a fable about 4 different characters that represent the four different ways in which people tackle the challenges that they can face in life. After reading the story I tried to identify which character I think I am. 2 were types that evaluated the situation at hand and were able to adapt. The other 2 found it difficult to adjust to change. One eventually decided to take action while the other was stubborn and refused to change and try something different.

The story was short and sweet and took about an hour for me to read. It was good because it helps you think about where you are in life and where you want to be. Are you a stick in the mud afraid of change and afraid to try new things or are you someone who sees a new challenge and strives ahead with enthusiasm and optimism? I know that I am trying to be the latter and hope that my list of  101 things to do in 1001 days will help me to succeed in the challenges I have set for myself.

Who Moved My Cheese is a good read if you are re-evaluating your life and what is important to you.
