What is The Liebster Blog Award and How Did I Get One?

The Liebster Blog AwardI was recently nominated to receive The Liebster Award. This honour was bestowed on me by the lovely Tamsin Young from Inspirational Results.

What Is The Liebster Blog Award?
The word Liebster is a German word and means a combination of love, favourite and something that is dear to you.

Therefore in blogging terms I would translate this to mean that the person that nominates you for this award enjoys visiting your blog and being part of your community.

To Accept The Award You Have To Do The Following Tasks:

  • Post 11 random facts about yourself
  • Answer the 11 questions that the person who nominates you has posed
  • Pass the award to 11 other bloggers and ask them 11 questions

It does seem like a lot of work in order to accept this award, but the benefits are that you, the reader, get to learn a little bit more about me and about the type of blogs that I like to read. It is also a great way to get involved and interact with your online community (and a great topic for your next blog post).

So here goes:
